Transport Planner

Aerial Platforms Ltd is a leading provider of powered access equipment, catering to the construction, plant, and other industries. We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Transport Planner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the daily transportation schedule for the delivery and collection of powered access equipment.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance and servicing schedules for transport vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and company policies.
- Optimise route planning to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle any transport-related issues or emergencies that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and prepare regular reports.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience desired as a Transport Planner, preferably in the construction, plant, or powered access sectors.
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Desirably, proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
