We at Tudor Employment are thrilled to be recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor on behalf of our prestigious client based in Wednesbury.
The client is one of the nation’s largest discount retailers, with 850 stores across the UK and 16,000 staff. Having newly acquired an online ordering facility, the company has experienced a huge increase in order volume and thus need to expand their customer service team to accommodate the higher volume of customers and orders.
Previous call-handling experience within a customer service capacity would be very advantageous.
This position offers temporary to permanent prospects and offers flexible working with the opportunity to work from home and the office.
Are you the right person for this role? Desirably, the Customer Relations Advisor will:
- Previous experience within a call centre or telesales environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven customer service and administration experience
- Knowledge of SalesForce would be very advantageous
What will I be doing? Day to day duties of the Customer Relations Advisor role are:
- Maintain exceptional service within our Service Level Agreements and continuously
strive to achieve KPI’s for customer satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts and resolve all queries in line with policies and
procedures whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Investigate claims and accurately assess your findings to communicate them to
your customer offering a satisfy resolution
- Offer suitable resolutions to customers, agreeing monetary values in line with team
guidelines and budgets and sometimes thinking outside the box
- Adhere to company and team policies and procedures professionally whilst
working in the office and remotely
- Work cross-functionally with other departments within CSC and our Retail teams to
obtain information and share relevant feedback
- Ensure accuracy of information and data issued to external customers and internal
colleagues
- Identify priority cases and report through our escalation process within a timely
manner
- Communicate confidently and professionally through various channels whilst still
having fun and building customer retention
- Evaluate and share ways to continually improve the service of the Customer Relations function both in terms of effectiveness and cost
What are the hours of work?
The Customer Relations Advisor would be expected to work full-time, forty hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role offers flexible working with the opportunity to work from home and the office.
What is the rate of pay?
The Customer Relations Advisor will be paid £23,000 per annum.
