**£25,000 - £28,000* Depending on experience**

**24 days holiday + health care + Hybrid working + training schemes**

**9:00am - 5.30pm (Full time, Permanent)**

This rapidly growing insurance company is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their busy, fast paced, and dynamic team in the hear of the City.

- Day to day administration to support the team of underwriters and internal broker function
- Claims management, maintenance, and processing of company markets
- File, manage and maintain all documentation and data entry necessary
- Raise appropriate documentation and perform all necessary checks in accordance with procedures and authorisation policies for claims payments to be made
- Producing reports and presentations
- General filing, scanning, and processing of information
- Updating and managing CRM system
- Inbox management - handling high volume of inbox queries and supporting the insurance process
- Working with a team to manage day to day admin function
- Insurance documentation processing
- Supporting with diary management and meeting arrangement where necessary

**You will be able to use the following competencies in the role**:

- Computer Skills - Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Have awareness of Document Management Systems, CRM Databases and Microsoft Package and willingness to learn operational skills for these systems
- You will have fantastic accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Accurate and numerate mathematical skills
- Ability to use initiative and pro-activeness

**Is this you?**

Preferably you will have some office administration experience. The desire to learn and develop your knowledge in this industry along with your personal motivation is most important
