**CRM Manager (Marketing)**
**London - Hybrid**
**£50,000 + bonus**
I am currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join one of the UK's largest media organisations. They reach 1 in 5 UK adults every single day and over 70% of the population every month. Their brands target unique audiences from 16 - 75+ and offeran unrivalled marketplace for brands to advertise.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the development and management of customer communication strategies throughout the entire customer journey.
- Create campaigns based on specific consumer profiles, behaviours, or events, and optimise them continuously using a test and learn methodology.
- Be responsible for day-to-day management of brand communications and raise any issues to Senior CRM Manager.
- Experience of building targeted campaigns, analysing performance and metrics and providing post-campaign analysis to partners.
- Campaign effectiveness and performance reporting
**Key skills**:
- Good understanding of CRM best practice.
- Accurate and consistent output quality delivered on time.
- Collaboration and professional relationship with marketing, creative, project and CRM teams.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and HTML desirable.
- Ability to adhere to each brand's guidelines and meticulous attention to details.
To be successful as CRM Manager, you must be a strong self-starter, confident and experienced in end-to-end campaign planning. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment and confident working cross functionally with the wider team.
