Training Administrator

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Project Training and Planning, the role holder working within the Support Services team, will provide administrative support to the People Development department to ensure the efficient organisation, recording and reporting of all elements of our training programmes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating face to face and virtual training events including booking venues, accommodation, travel and attendance.
- Schedule and administrate training sessions on the HUB (Learning Management System) including booking sessions, sending invites, recording attendance and supporting colleagues with technical queries.
- Production and distribution of training materials and correspondence to support training activities.
- Maintaining database information on Excel spreadsheets and producing standard reports in an accurate and timely way.
- Using the HR SAP system to check data and consolidating monthly.
- Checking, monitoring and progression of invoices.
- Organisation and diary management for the People Development Team.

- Good organisational skill.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Experience of a similar administrative role.
- Excellent PC skills - competent with Word and Excel.
**Part time 30 hours Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months.**
**Ideally 11am - 5pm daily but flexible and can be discussed at interview.**
**Flexible work from home options available but some travel to our support centre in Redditch Worcestershire will be required at times.
