We are growing, and fast. Our operational capability to deliver larger and more complex projects more effectively and more efficiently must reflect that. We are now seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our commercialteam.

**The Role**
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure contracts are administered correctly to reduce contractual, commercial, and financial risk within target timescales, ensuring gross profit is maintained or improved from the budget estimate.
Regularly liaising with stakeholders and project teams, you will determine client needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility. You will calculate project costs and produce an achievable timeframe, preventing construction delays andadditional spend.
Ensuring that project deadlines are met, you will help us to deliver superb projects that protect and further enhance our reputation.
In addition, you will:

- Prepare tender and contract documents including Bills of Quantities
- Advise on legal matters
- Monitor subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material need
- Deal with invoices, remuneration and other financial matters
- Develop and implement our procurement policies and procedures
**About You**
To be considered as a Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

- A proven contract management and supplier experience
- A comprehensive knowledge of commercial and construction methods
- A full, valid driving licence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction or similar
