The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + a competitive benefits package that recognises employees' outside-of-work-life and so offerenhanced benefits such as additional days leave for notable life events (marriage, children's' first day at school, moving house etc) and also enhanced maternity / paternity leave. **Responsibilities**: - Accounting under IFRS 3, including intangible asset valuations and accounting for deferred contingent consideration. - Assisting in assessing and justifying assumptions used in various valuation processes across the Group. - Recognising and assessing IFRS 16 leases. Key finance owner of the software which maintains the lease information and calculates the appropriate IFRS 16 journals. - Responsible for preparing subsidiary financial statements under FRS 101 and FRS 102 and liaising with auditors to complete the tax returns. - Responsible for producing various notes for the group financial statements under IFRS. - Be the contact person for the UK auditors - Responsible for monthly accounting for monthly management accounting - Compiling monthly P&Ls - Commentary on the monthly management accounts **About You**: - ACCA/ACA/CA qualified or finalist - Self-starter and driven - Strong communication skills
