We are currently recruiting for a restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Joxer Hillsborough.

Strong cocktail and barista experience is required.

Job responsibilities include:

- Supporting management staff where required.
- Maintain an efficient bar and stock room.
- Roster and supervise staff with the ability to motivate your team
- Place stock orders and manage inventory
- Strong awareness of restaurant floor and table plans
- Comfortable to engage with customers and provide a good service.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern
- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

Only three late nights per week (Thursday to Saturday) with work-friendly opening hours throughout the rest of the week. Flexible rotas that work for our overall team to enjoy a good work/life balance.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
