Job description
**As the Supervisor you will lead by example demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to motivate your team to exceed Company targets and KPI'S ensuring that they are offering exceptional customer service and remaining productive at all times. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment.**

To be considered for this position you must have at least 6 months previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment. It would be great that you have previous experience working within a FMCG/ convenience setting, but this is not an essential as we will equip you with the skills you need to succeed

Be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success.
Be able to maintain a very high standard of customer service at all times.
Have a clear understanding of working towards KPI'S.
Have strong commercial awareness and visual merchandising skills.
Be able to build long lasting relationships with all customers

**Working hours: A full-time position is available working 37.5 hours per week. Due to operational needs, applicants should also note the need for a full flexibility in relation to hours of work and shift patterns.**
