**We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in The Hillside, Hillsborough**

This is an excellent opportunity to join Beannchor, one of the province's largest operators of licensed premises and to progress your career within hospitality

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent customer care skills
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar supervisory role
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer care
- The ability to supervise a team of employees on a shift basis and delegate effectively
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Organisational Skills
- A good working knowledge of I.T Systems
- Ability to use own initiative

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 2 years supervisor experience in a similar busy bar/restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor Leadership (or similar)
- Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
- First Aid Certificate (must be current)
