Do you have technical support experience, and are seeking a new job in Sunbury-on-Thames? Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £29,000 p/a and a benefits package.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for assisting our client customers with product questions and problems.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Handle customer requests from distributors, resellers and end-users regarding technical issues and product questions
- Resolve customer queries by gathering appropriate information from the customer, then researching and resolving the issue
- Proactively maintaining knowledge and updating yourself on all our client products and competitor's
- Working knowledge of Computer Networks and a proficient knowledge of PC Architecture
- A minimum of 1 year's previous experience in providing second-level technical support by phone or chat
