**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism, ensuring clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, and team members.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system for both physical and digital documents, including client records and company files.
- Perform accurate data entry to ensure all client, employee, and service records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders to ensure essential items are available for the care team’s needs.
- Provide administrative assistance to care managers and other team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Create and format reports and presentations using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as required.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing and organizing documentation to support their integration into the team.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in office administration, particularly within a healthcare or care services setting, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a compassionate approach when handling sensitive client information.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks, with familiarity in clerical duties like filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £12.21-£12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
