I am delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Colchester seeking to recruit a Payroll Analyst in a key role to support the end-to-end processing of the monthly payrolls (in excess of 10,000) via an outsourced payrollsolution.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Processing of Starters and Leavers
- Validate the payroll output from the time and attendance system and administer the internal authorisation process
- Calculation and processing sickness/maternity/paternity/adoption pay
- Process and validate all manual payroll adjustments in line with the approved pay rules.
- Process all Court Order instructions received from the HMCS
- Administration of pension schemes and auto enrolment
- Administration and reconciliation of Salary Sacrifice Schemes, Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers, Annual Leave Purchase etc
- Calculation and processing of out of cycle payments
- Promptly resolve payroll queries
- Assist with administration of P11ds and End of year processes
- Provide regular KPI reporting
