Ecosse Motorcycles have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales, Parts and Service Advisor at our Dundee showroom.
As an Aftersales Advisor you will be ready to deliver outstanding customer experience throughout the Aftersales department, you will play a key role withing the business as the link between customers and the workshop so strong communication skills is essential. This is a fast paced and varied role immersed in the thrilling heart of the motorcycle business.
**Duties/ Responsibilities**:
- Aftersales, parts and service call handling.
- Advise and supply parts to customers and workshop.
- Manage workshop schedule, bookings and handovers.
- Complete purchase orders, invoicing and take payments.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are up to date.
- Offer expert product knowledge across our represented brands.
- Ensure all customers have a positive buying experience.
- Advise and upsell products - Service plans, Accessories Etc.
- Maintain parts stock levels.
**The right person will have**:
- Honesty and integrity.
- A passion for motorcycles.
- Have competent IT ability.
- Be confident and driven for success.
- Work effectively in a team.
- Have clear communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred experience/ skills:
- Full UK driving licence, including “A” motorcycle licence.
- Aftersales, Parts, Service experience - preferably motorcycles.
