Office Angels Glasgow are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to work on an?ongoing, temporary basis for our client based in East Kilbride.
The role is due to start on the 20th February and the hours of work are 8.30am-4:30pm - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. This is a fully office based role.
Rate of pay is £13 per hour.
Close to local transport links, free parking is available on site.
The role:
- To ensure that employees are correctly paid on time in terms of accuracy, legislation, and timing.
Processing weekly & monthly payrolls
Dealing with any payroll enquiries in a timely manner?
Assist with statutory allowances SMP, OSPP, SSP and SAP.
Processing and tracking sales and purchase ledger invoices
Raising and issuing PO numbers
Inputting invoices into Sage
Creating weekly and monthly budget and spend reports
Mailbox management
Key?Skills:

Payroll experience?
SAGE Payroll (required)
Sage 50 (required)
Strong communication skills?
Process driven?
Excellent attention to detail?
To be considered for this role it is essential you are confident processing end to end payroll using Sage and can proficiently use Sage Payroll as they need you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
