**Echo Personnel** are looking for a **production operative** for a well established client in **Wellingborough**. This role is a **permanent position** and offers a **competitive pay** rate with shift allowances.

The shift will be **4 on 4 off** and includes **days, nights and weekends**. The role includes driving a **counterbalance truck** and also working on the production side of the business in the recycling plant.

**Details**
- _**Counterbalance licence (in-house is accepted)**_
- _**The recycling plant does not smell bad, but it can be loud and PPE will be provided**_
- _**A manufacturing background would be advantageous**_
- _**Must be flexible enough for the alternating 12/h shifts (4 on 4 off)**_
- _**The role will be salaried and permanent**_
