**Allen Concrete is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with its main production plant in Wellingborough.**

The business has been established for over sixty years and is one of the major players within the precast fencing sector, manufacturing a wide range of concrete fence posts and gravel boards.

We currently have **Production Operative** roles available in the Production Team.

**Key duties of a Production Operative are**:

- Assisting in demoulding of products
- Assisting in the loading of products on to pallets
- Assisting with preparing and the filling of moulds
- Operating crane to move moulds on the production line.
- Carrying out housekeeping in both demoulding and filling ends of the production line.

**Hours**:
You will work Mondays to Fridays 6am - 3pm and 8am -5pm alternate weeks.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £520.00-£615.00 per week
