The role entails coordinating activities of the College Cash Office and support the wider Finance function, including monitoring cashless transaction processing, floats, banking and petty cash. Additional requirement to support sales ledger and purchase ledger operations. You **must **have cash handling experience
To co-ordinate the activities of the College Cash Office. To be ‘front of house’ during cash office open hours, assisting student and colleagues as required whilst ensuring adherence to College Financial Procedures is maintained throughout.
To be responsible for issuing, monitoring and reconciling of all floats on a regular basis & processing the necessary paperwork, including monthly & termly checks. To assist the college in reducing the issuing of petty cash.
To play lead role in helping maximise cashless transactions across the college. Monitor and reconcile cashless transaction systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £10.00-£10.24 per hour
