Job Overview:
Vogue Sourcing is seeking a talented and creative Assistant Designer to join our Kidswear team. As a Boyswear Assistant Designer, you will work closely with our design team to assist in creating visually appealing and engaging content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and wants to contribute to the development of innovative projects.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing of relevant fabrics to meet the design requirements
- Creating specs/tech packs for factories
- Ensuring critical path is adhered to, and keep on top of all key dates
- Liaising with factories and overseas offices
- Creating relationships with buyers
- Participating in inspiration and sourcing trips
- Trend packs /colour inspiration
- Managing returns and supporting with team admin
- Office tidiness / keeping on top of Production rooM/Fabric sorting
- Post - handing out to relevant teams / hanging up new samples
- Assisting all members of the team
- Monday trend/inspo boards for weekly meeting on a rota

**About You**:

- Experience in boyswear, Multiproduct and Woven/ Jersey
- A good understanding of Illustrator and/or Photoshop is desirable
- Creative and trend-driven with a good eye for colour and fabric
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player and able to build relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Manage challenges in a calm and positive manner
- Interest or experience working within denimwear preferred

**Salary**: £18,648.58-£41,589.89 per year
