**About the role**: We are looking for **Regional Service Representative to** join BYD. This exciting opportunity has become available due to the company's successful growth. The position will play an important role in managing and supporting key account customers by handling the issues in a timely manner. The role is primarily based in Hounslow BYD London Office, but will require extensive travel throughout the UK. The **Regional Service Representative** reports directly to the Aftersales Manager of passenger cars. **Exact responsibilities may differ based on the specific business areas but will include**: - Managing primary and retail dealer and/or fleet customers relationships - Agreeing on Annual Sales Objectives (ASOs) with dealers; - Gaining dealer acceptance to monthly wholesales, providing mix and derivative guidance to minimise stock ageing and ensure effective dealer inventory management; - Working with dealers and business customers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives; - Regular review of the dealer in market performance to identify sales opportunities and address underperformance; - Deliver comprehensive dealer marketing activity with regular reviews and appraisal of dealer marketing plans ensuring that they effectively communicate BYD marketing programmes and drive traffic to the dealership; - Support the launch of our new products, working with the dealer network to deliver comprehensive launch plans; - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and inspire your dealers to do the same; - Ensure Central communications are quickly understood and activated by the dealer network; - To finalise contracts and negotiate proposals, calculate margins, and budget; - Any other reasonable duties requested by your line manager. **Required skills, qualifications and experience** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; - Experience working for an automotive company will be appreciated; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Proficient PPT or similar presentation skills; - Effectively manage competing tasks to completion; - Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating "ownership" while being a team player; - Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular); - Chinese speaking is beneficial; - Eligible to work in the UK.
