**Role**:Garage Infrastructure Administrator
**Department**:Facilities Contracts
**Reports To**:Facilities Contracts Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team with **purchasing**and **budget controls**.
- Maintain **documentation**and ensure it's up to date and accessible.
- Assist with managing the **Garage Infrastructure S Drive**and **Teams pages**.
- Control **Leave and Sickness**documentation.
- Provide essential assistance to the **Facilities Contracts Manager**with daily duties.
- Handle **general enquiries**efficiently.
- Ensure **Health & Safety**compliance, particularly accident reporting and defective equipment management.
- Stay updated on **current legislation**and assist in team knowledge sharing.
- Help control the in-house **EV charging and Maintenance Team’s**workload.
- Offer **direct clerical support**to managers.
- Undertake any **additional duties**as required by the business.

**Job Details**:As a **Garage Infrastructure Administrator**, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth running of the team, providing crucial administrative support to managerial staff. You’ll be closely involved with all team members, suppliers, and contractors to maintain an efficient working environment.
- Experience in an **administrative**role.
- Proficiency in **Windows OS**, **MS Word**, and **Excel**.
- Strong **organizational**skills, with the ability to work independently, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage day-to-day issues as they arise with **flexibility**and good **problem-solving skills**.
- Previous experience in **facilities**, **plant**, or **engineering**environments.- Familiarity with **Health & Safety**legislation.
- Knowledge of **Agresso**and other relevant systems.
- Experience with **raising Purchase Orders**.
