**Part-Time contract - 24 hours per week**
**Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm**
**Stoke-on-Trent (ST4)**

**Duties**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Quickly determine and understand the needs of customers
- Advise the customer on the best option for their individual situation
- Help the customer reach the best and fairest resolution for their circumstances
- You will be working within a team of 15 agents along with a team leader and team manager
