As a Telephony & Customer Service Operator with Loans at Home, you will always put the customer first. To do this, you will need to have a strong customer focus and positive attitude to handle all calls, incidents and complaints effectively and compliantly. You will also need to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and field managers, to ensure the best outcomes for everyone.
**This is a full time position of 37.5 hours which will be on a shift rota between 8am - 6pm with ‘no weekend’ working.**
You will:
- Ensure both inbound & outbound customer calls are completed with Service Level Agreement when handling. Complete Welcome calls to ensure we are providing excellent customer service.
- Deal with Customers who are vulnerable and experiencing financial difficulties
- Deal effectively with complaints and incidents and report
- Embrace and implement a culture that places the customer at the heart of everything we do
- Act with integrity and create a positive, focussed and energetic working environment
- Ensure professional standards at all times
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good General Education
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer focussed
- Customer Service Experience (desirable)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to recognise problems and provide solutions to all types of challenges
- Have the drive to succeed on a personal, team, department and organisational level
