The Role: My client a global B2B business is currently looking for an immediately available Interim Internal Communications Specialist. This is a brand new role for a minimum of 12 months working remotely with very occasional travel to UK sites and Sweden.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing in Sweden in this position, you will develop, plan, manage and execute internal communications activities for one of the businesses global functions with around 800 employees. You will be part of the functional managementteam supporting them in all parts of the internal communications agenda including: manager events, virtual all employee meetings, webinars, podcasts, blogs, organisational changes, intranet announcements, success stories, videos, strategic initiatives updatesetc.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting and leading various communication activities on a global level.
- Ensure clear internal communication of the business units strategy, company objectives and priorities.
- Drive and develop the internal communication within the function and continuously monitor what should be communicated, when, how and to whom.
- Contribute to world class quality in global internal communication, as well as in processes and brand appearance. Contribute to the development of global processes, tools, way of working and guidelines within internal communications.
- Drive the result communication process within the function.
- Support and train managers and other key stakeholders in communication in leadership where needed.
- Supporting in different change initiatives with communication expertise and also in case of a crisis.
- Be a sounding board for the management teams, managers and key positions in the function when it comes to internal communication
- Compose, publish and distribute internal messages.

This role would suit a current Communications Specialist, Communications Manager, Head of Communications, Internal Communications Specialist or an Internal Communications Manager.
