Are you an Interim Property Lawyer seeking a position in an exciting In-House organisation? Do you have a minimum of 3 years' of Property experience? If so, please get in touch.
**About the role**:
As the Interim Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Draft and negotiate legal documents such as lease agreements, licenses, deeds of variation and side letters;
- Supervise post-completion matters;
- Handle compliance requires;
- Manage the property litigation; and
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
**About the Interim In-House Property Solicitor**:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' Property experience gained in a reputable law firm or In-House. You will have:
- Experience of landlord and tenant work;
- Experience of overseeing and training junior team members;
- The ability to run your own transactional case load;
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills; and
- The ability to work in a high-volume environment.
