Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is recruiting for a Senior Recruiter to support our business across the UK and Continental Europe, recruiting specialist technical professionals in the Environment and Infrastructure sectors.

The role will support day to day recruitment activities across our existing operations whilst additionally providing resourcing support to other Wood business areas if needed.
- Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular function/specialism/business area, working with Hiring Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements
- Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss assessment outcomes and obtain resourcing lookahead
- Actively and professionally promotes vacancies and employer brand to relevant audience via available media channels
- Identify and recommend most effective assessment method for particular role/specialism and effectively utilise tools available
- Proactive in obtaining accurate forecast data and developing and maintaining a pipeline of suitably qualified and available talent for current and future projects

Skills / Qualifications:

- Experience of delivering high volume and/or complex recruitment campaigns
- Prior experience of recruiting into the Environmental, Renewables or Infrastructure sectors is preferred
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems
- Experience of presenting solutions to customers and working in partnership to deliver to agreed customer requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Prior track record of excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
- Proven capability of managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
