**The Role**:
As a **Senior Recruitment Consultant**, you’ll take ownership of a completely cold desk with the potential to generate revenue by month two—thanks to our industry-leading lead-generation strategies. This fully remote position offers the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK while delivering outstanding results.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, consistently billing £200k+ for the last 3 years.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to hit the ground running and build a successful desk from scratch.
- **Results-Driven**: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- **Adaptability**: Strong communication and organizational skills, thriving in a remote-working environment.

Pay: £65,000.00-£165,000.00 per year
