Group Site Maintenance

We are delighted to be working with a well-respected family motor group, who are on the look out for someone to join the business as a Group Site Maintenance person.
**Position Overview**: As a Group Site Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our various sites. This diverse role combines elements of landscaping, general maintenance, and DIY tasks to keep our facilities in excellent condition.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as hedge trimming, grass cutting, and weeding to maintain the site's aesthetic appeal.
- Perform painting tasks to refresh and enhance the appearance of our buildings and facilities.
- Execute basic DIY tasks including assembling furniture, putting up shelves, and minor repairs.
- Address plumbing issues such as fixing leaking taps, repairing W/C cisterns, and ensuring water supply systems are in working order.
- Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring all work adheres to safety guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
- Ensure the company van is maintained in good condition and properly stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including hedge trimming, grass cutting, and weeding.
- Competence in painting and basic DIY tasks.
- Basic plumbing skills for fixing leaks and W/C cistern repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations within Hampshire and Sussex.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
