**One-to-One Teaching Assistant**

The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lambeth. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and support their educational journey from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one support to children with SEN, ensuring they receive individualized attention and assistance.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of each individual student.
- Support students in developing their social skills, confidence, and independence.
- Assist with behavior management and ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.

The Pay Rate for this position ranges from £80 to £95 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work and gain experience in various schools within Lambeth.

**Salary**: £80.00-£95.00 per day

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
