We are looking for a People Advisor to join our People Team.

As a People Advisor, you will be providing our team members with professional advice and guidance on all people issues.

**The role**:
Acting as first point of contact for people related queries from both Line Managers and team members

Providing consistent and sound advice & guidance in respect of all employee relations

Ensuring people policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently and equitably

Ability to hold training and upskill the management team on employee relations

Promoting equality of opportunity in the delivery of services and employment practices

What qualities does a People Advisor need to join Virgin Active?

Strong experience in a People Focused Role

Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures

Ability to manage a number of cases
