Nightingales Medical Billing provides invoicing and account services to private medical Consultants.

**Job description**

**This role will require 1 day per week in our East Grinstead office, the remaining hours can be flexible and worked remotely.**

Daily tasks will involve:

- The input of billing details into an online database, the creation and issuing of invoices electronically.
- Answering incoming enquiries efficiently while office based.
- General administration duties and the management of queries.
- Liaising with medical insurers.

The successful applicant will have some experience dealing with customer enquiries and managing those to a resolution. Good internet and MS Outlook skills are required, Excel knowledge is a bonus. The ability to integrate into a small team is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week

Additional pay:
