**Role Summary**

To support the Transport department and Workshop in maintaining compliance and smooth running of the transport department.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Vehicle/Driver Route planning (In line with Driver's hours regulations)
- Liaising with Operations and booking/Scheduling of Outbound waste (Weekly)
- Managing and scheduling repeat contracted works
- Maintaining Vehicle History files (Hard Copy and e copy)
- Liaising with Internal & External suppliers (Parts/Equipment)
- Liaising with Drivers re: schedules, issues etc
- Updating & Data Entry using Fleetcheck Driver and Fleetcheck Technician system
- Assisting the TM with Workshop planning and defect rectification
- Vehicle and equipment auditing
- Assisting with transport paperwork, when required - completing Quick Consign / Vacuum Tanker Forms / Sesame / Batch reports / M2 docs
- Updating reporting requirements/KPIs
- Filing and general administration
- Booking Vehicles with External Suppliers (MOT/ADR/SLP/Tank Tests)
- Vehicle tachograph downloads

**Personal Specification**:
**Qualifications & Training**
- Educated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English _(min. Grade 4, previously Grade C)_
- Business Administration certificate

**Experience**
- Demonstrable administrative experience in a demanding work environment
- Knowledge of WTD/RTD and Drivers hours regulations

**Qualities and Behaviours**
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to multi-task
- Approachable, with a helpful disposition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
