**Digital Media Marketing & Social Media Marketing Tutor - Skills and Employment Service**

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable **Digital Media Marketing and Social Media Marketing Tutor** to join our Skills and Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital communication and a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape to support adult learners in gaining the skills needed for success in today’s job market.

As a tutor, you will deliver a range of **accredited and non-accredited courses** up to and including **Level 2**, covering topics such as:

- Digital marketing principles and strategy
- Social media content creation and management
- SEO and analytics
- Branding and online presence
- Use of platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube for business

You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop practical skills, and progress into employment, self-employment, or further training.
- Has recent industry experience in digital or social media marketing
- Holds a recognised teaching qualification (or is working towards one)
- Can design and deliver engaging, up-to-date, and inclusive learning programmes
- Understands the needs of adult learners and can support a diverse range of individuals
- Is confident using a variety of digital tools and platforms to enhance learning

You will be responsible for the **planning, delivery, and assessment** of learning programmes that promote social regeneration, increase community engagement, and support learner progression. All provision must embed **equality and diversity**, promote **British values**, and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Delivery will take place across the borough, including **Skills and Employment Hubs**, community venues, and other outreach locations. A flexible, learner-centred approach is essential.
