As a Scheme Assistant at Longhurst Group, you will provide a front-line service and assist with the management of our Older Persons schemes, ensuring a well-managed and secure environment for our customers. Further key responsibilities are listed below:

- Manage the day-to-day service delivery of two older person schemes (The Lodge and Dolphin Court) acting as a point of contact for our residents enabling them to live independently.
- Helping to engage residents, hold and minute meetings, supporting in the creation of community.
- Support residents and raise any wellbeing concerns to manager or relevant team.
- Help customers in relation to housing management and maintenance issues.
- Reporting, and monitoring building repairs through to completion.
- Support with viewings for new customers, and help customers settle into the schemes.
- Complete site compliance checks / premise inspections.
- Identifying anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns and referring through to the relevant teams or agencies.

Our Scheme Assistant position is a scheme-based position, contracted to 21 hours per week at The Lodge, Oakham and Dolphin Court, Uppingham.
