**Job Description**:
As IT Project Office Coordinator you will support the development of our project management framework. Drive effective project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to business sponsors and project managers. Key focus areas of your work will be the co-ordination of the tracking and reporting of IT’s project environment against plan and associated resource planning. Ensure non-compliance to procedures and policies is highlighted to line management and quality standards are maintained in respect of all project-related documentation
- Develop, implement, and ensure project managers all relevant information (e.g. project outline, business case, project plan, financial summary etc) on their projects.
- Provides a functional reporting service to the IT management team on all aspects of project activity variance and escalation to ensure a co-ordinated programme of activities is maintained.
- Provides advice and guidance on structure and layout of individual project proposals and plans
- Produces planned and updated project and summary report templates, including cost breakdowns and summaries, for use project managers.
- Maintains project files as part of setting up and maintaining a well-structured comprehensive project documentation system. Provides process assistance and support to project teams and quality assurance review meetings.

- At least 5 years experience in projects-oriented IT function and or relevant diploma or degree
- Familiar with System Development Lifecycle and the terms SSADM and DSDM
- Strong written and oral expression in English. Spanish and German is advantageous
- Experience with Project management tools such as PMW and Microsoft PROJECT
- Superior numeracy skills in order to understand the metric asociated with a problem or situation
