**Budget responsibilities**:
The post holder will be required to manage and control all budgets within their area of responsibility, pay, non-pay, and income.
Assist the Head of Facilities with overall budgetary responsibility and management.
**Key result areas**:
Accountability
- To develop the Trust’s Car Park identifying objectives, measures, and targets for Trust sites.
To assist in all bus services that the Trust either funds directly or pays for their usage.
To be responsible for car parking management.
To assist in strategically analysing the existing transport network
To assist in undertaking relevant travel/transport surveys, involving staff, patients and visitors to establish and maintain a baseline assessment of travel practices and attitudes.
To collect and collate all relevant statistical data and produce monthly reports. Analyse & interpret travel data to identify travel trends and produce recommendations in line with corporate objectives.
To draft business cases, as required, for potential service improvements, and changes, and as part of the CIP programme when necessary.
To research and prepare complex information for use in reports, business cases, and other initiatives.
To compile, draft, and submit reports and business cases for varying audiences including the Chief Executive and the Executive Team.
To assist in the development of business plans for the Trust which recommend initiatives and the financial implications of their implementation.
To evaluate and approve staff permit requests.
To prepare, validate, and submit car parking payroll deduction spreadsheets to payroll.
