The role will support the Customer Service Team and liaise with Customers regarding their orders.

**Client Details**

The Client is a family-run manufacturer based in Balcombe producing bespoke high-end items.

**Description**
- Ensure the smooth running of the post-sales customer experience by supporting the team in all their daily activities.
- Assisting in scheduling of customer deliveries and working closely with the Logistics coordinator and communicating with our customers.
- Answering the phone to customers and dealing with some customers queries to support the Sales Fulfilment team.
- Capturing customer insurance details and generating insurance policy documents.
- Taking payments over the phone.
- Getting involved in any other activities that would assist the Sales Fulfilment team in reaching their objectives.

**Profile**
- Articulate and literate; able to directly correspond with customers without supervision.
- Able to work with different technology platforms and online packages including Google Sheets, Documents, CRM and basic accounting.
- Confident and competent on the phone, able to interact with customers independently and professionally.
- Well organised, and able to juggle a high volume of tasks.
- Able to prioritise workload and conflicting deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and willing to throw yourself into a project.
- A natural communicator verbally and in writing.
- Able to use initiative to solve problems.
- A fast learner who can absorb and use information quickly.
- Ambitious to grow the role over time and develop with the company.

**Job Offer**
- £10.50 - £12.50 per hour
