**What you’ll be doing**
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to multiple clients across different sectors
- Advising on a wide range of people matters including performance, absence, wellbeing and employee relations
- Leading and supporting people projects - restructures, culture reviews, onboarding frameworks, performance processes, training delivery and more
- Developing bespoke people strategies and plans to support business growth
- Coaching managers to lead their teams effectively and confidently
- Interpreting HR data to guide decisions and influence positive outcomes
- Ensuring compliance and best practice across employment law and HR policy

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience in an HR Consultant, Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive situations
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects at once
- CIPD Level 5 (or Level 3 with significant experience)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Experience in a consultancy or multi-client environment is a bonus - but not essential if you’re adaptable, proactive and love variety

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
