**Payroll Administrator**

**Location: Milton Keynes**

**Salary: Up to £28k**

Puro Accountancy are excited to be working with a successful firm of accountants in Milton Keynes who are looking for a payroll administrator.

This firm aims to make accountancy accessible; they describe themselves as an accountancy practice with a difference.

As a successful payroll administrator, you will be responsible for employing, maintaining, and revising all payroll processing systems to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner

**About the Role**
- Processing all weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls including tax code changes, statutory and company payments and deductions
- Autoenrollment, and re-enrolment, communications with Pension regulator
- Engaging with directly with clients
- Maintaining all records and the payroll processing system - gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Supporting the general operation of a busy office and other team members in the roles that they fulfil
- Answer payroll queries throughout the week raised by departments or colleagues

**About You**
- 3 years experience in a computerised payroll position
- Confident and experienced using Xero and Bright pay payroll
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused, and eager to grow your skills and succeed
- Someone who is very process driven
