Gemstone Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company dedicated to providing top-quality cleaning our commercial clients. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Part-Time Administrative Assistant** to support our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:
Handling scheduling and appointment bookings
Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Organising documents and maintaining records
Providing general administrative support to the team

**Requirements**:
Previous administrative experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Ability to travel for regular customer site visit

Customer service skills

A positive and professional attitude
