Keay Roofing Services was established in 2009 and serves both residential and commercials clients across the home counties, North West and South West London. In 2009, Managing Director, Richard Keay saw the need for a roofing services provider built around providing excellent customer satisfaction and ever since, Keay Roofing Services has been growing from strength to strength.

The Office Administrator will play an integral role in supporting our busy, professional team. This is a diverse role that will require you to have excellent organisational and communication skills, particularly over the phone, as well as strong IT literacy for systems such as Microsoft Office (365), Outlook and Excel. A familiarisation of quotation and invoicing systems is preferred, but not essential.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Daily management of Keay Roofing’s diary, ensuring all quotations and jobs are booked in, accurately.
- Develop and manage relationships with all clients, including domestic, commercial and property management teams.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and outlined for all jobs.
- Prepare daily job sheets for roofing engineers.
- Manage upcoming and outstanding payments.
- Organise and file warranties on behalf of clients.
- Vehicle fleet management.
- Facilitate meetings with suppliers, contractors and clients.

**Key skills and qualifications**:

- Preferably Level 2 - Level 3, business administration or similar qualification.
- Previous experience working within a busy, administrative role.
- Proven ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities.
