The Ninehundred Communications Group is a successful communications company based in Doncaster who have been trading for over 43 years and are looking for a Receptionist/ Accounts Administrator.
Ninehundred Communications Group specialise in bespoke communication products for key sectors across the UK. Providing a wide range of products and services to help protect people and other assets.
This is a **full time **position in a busy Accounts office comprising of three credit controllers, Purchase Ledger Clerk, and Accounts Manager. You will be liaising with customers and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure we meet the requirements needed to successfully complete jobs in a timely and exact manner.
The key tasks will be to assist all members of the Accounts team.
**Duties**:
- Answering calls.
- Dealing with post.
- Posting bank statements and allocating funds to customer accounts
- Checking invoices for errors.
- Obtaining new purchase orders.
- Taking credit card payments.
- Sending out customer statements
- Resolving queries.
- Sending copy invoices.
- Plus, any other ADHOC duties.
**Requirements**:
- Good all-round communication skills including telephone and written.
- A good understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Some office experience required.
NLW - £20,000 per annum (pro rata) DOE
FULL TIME permanent position
8.30 TO 5PM 1 HOUR LUNCH.
