Sexual Health 4 Doncaster is looking to recruit two permanent part-time (18 hrs) Receptionists with a salary of** £10,744 **per annum**, **working with our administrative team Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30am to 13:00pm.

**Role Summary**

We wish to recruit two Receptionists to join our established and dedicated administration team. As a Sexual Health Receptionist will undertake a range of roles, first and foremost as the first point of patient contact both face to face and on the telephone.

You will meet and greet our patients, check them in using our IT system, create and update patient records and signpost where appropriate to our partner services.

You will be involved in a wide range of tasks around the clinic, as well as supporting our Outreach nursing team at family hubs within the City.

**Qualifications**
- Willing to develop within the health and care NVQ framework
- Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills

**Experience**

Interest or experience within a carer role/setting and/or experience providing customer care

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Ability to provide individualised care and empathy
- Good organisational skills
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and multi-disciplinary team
- Able to demonstrate an awareness of the important of confidentiality / privacy and dignity
- Keyboard/IT clerical skills
- Housekeeping skills
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of equality and diversity
