From our first sushi takeaway store in London’s Marylebone district, YouMeSushi has gone from strength to strength serving fresh, delicious, and handmade sushi every day. Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for Sushi Chefs for our store in Muswell Hill, London.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for hard working Sushi Chefs skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our growing family. You will need to be passionate about food and customer service and a great team player. We are looking for someone organised who can work well under pressure. Great sense of humour and good energy is a key

You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

**The right person must have**:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment (no two days are the same in YouMeSushi).
- Be able to follow recipes and create dishes according to specification.
- Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
- Familiar with day-to day duties including food preparation, operating fryers, monitoring cooking processes, assembling dishes, cleaning etc.
- Able to work within a team, as well as independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
