**Job Summary**
We have joined Deliveroo since 2020 and we are currently expanding the takeaway service with Deliveroo Editions for those successful brands in Greater London area.

We are looking for a hard working sushi chef skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our Dark Kitchen in Wandsworth Deliveroo Edition. You will need to be passionate about food who can work well under pressure. Our company is all about fresh and authentic, always ready to roll up our sleeves and work together to create a new, dynamic food experience.

You will work in a takeaway only kitchen. Also, you will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

The right person must have:

- At least 2 years of sushi rolling experience
- Be efficient and be able to follow recipes.
- Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
- Able to maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
- Able to work independently.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble sushi ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Skillfully roll and cut sushi to meet presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of sushi supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and accommodating special requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
