**What you'll do**:
As a Remote Outbound Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for:

- Making up to 150 outbound calls daily to existing, lapsed, and new customers.
- Using your communication and sales skills to upsell products and ensure customers have the right coverage for their appliances.
- Building rapport and creating excellent customer experiences by identifying and addressing individual needs.
- Offering peace of mind to customers by providing the best warranty solutions.

- **Monday to Thursday**: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
- **Friday**: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
