We are looking for a kitchen assistant to join our team, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team.

A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Ideally 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Prepare and cook our Mexican food to our high standards, help with all aspects of the kitchen.

Take pride in maintaining very high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Flexibility - As part of a small team, you must be willing to be involved in all aspects of the business. We are looking for someone to work part time, this would include weekends and potentially weekday evenings when needed.

Multi-tasker - Our menu is intricate, with each dish containing many elements, so you must have an attention to detail but be able to multi-task.
