**CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The purpose of this role is to support the finance department with finance administration. The role will require you to regularly update an accurate and reconciled cash book whilst assisting the wider finance team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

− Maintaining daily bank payments and receipts for all HQ and subsidiary bank accounts, enabling for prompt banking reconciliations.

− To process and post monthly corporate credit card and expense claims.

− To reconcile and post all boutique petty cash transactions ready for month end close.

− Assist and oversee the finance assistant to ensure invoices are posted accurately and in a timely manner and to aid as primary cover when either are out of the office.
