**The Job:
**You will be responsible for supporting the SHEQ (**Safety, Health Environment & Quality**) Manager with day-to-day administration tasks.
**_This role would suit an experienced administrator or a recent college leaver (with some previous work experience) who has a genuine interested in Health & Safety..Training will be provided_**

**Duties and responsibilities of the role include**:
Supporting the SHEQ Manager with day-to-day administration tasks.
Support the development of the companies SHEQ culture, driving the Health Safety and Wellbeing
Support the production of and maintain documents
Help where required with SHEQ related meetings/incidents/project requirements
Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Compile Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and all the relevant information.
Provide support for external auditing of the business, ensure compliant documents and statistics are up to date.
Support the company/Staff training requirements.
Maintain Non-Conformance Report register and legal registers
Evaluate and review training requirements throughout the business.
Book training where required and ensure all training certificates are uploaded to online systems.
Liaise with external H&S providers applicable to the business.
Creating purchase orders and send to suppliers.
Request, evaluate and maintain Supplier Evaluations from new and existing suppliers.
Assist with Annual External Audits of the Business and IMS/SHEQ system.
Support Internal auditing of the SHEQ system.
Support maintenance of office building in terms of SHEQ and legal compliance.
Keeping track of actions raised in internal/external inspections/audits and confirm close-out.
Ensure HR/SHEQ system is up to date with training bookings to aid other members of the business.
Maintaining company policies, procedures, and forms.

**The Person:
**Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of MS packages (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, SharePoint, as well as databases and file sharing sites).
Proficient in Mathematics and English
Good IT and keyboard skills and good attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach
Ability to stay calm under pressure, organised and be able to show initiative and add value

**The Salary**: £18,000 to £21,500 dependent on experience and qualifications.
**The Location**:Yate with FREE parking
**The Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
**The Benefits**: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, Pension contribution, Private Health insurance, Training and development provided, Benefit from company profit share as a partner in our business.
