Reporting directly to the Front Office Supervisor/Manager, you will be a part of a fairly small and close-knit team. Although you will work within a team, this position offers autonomy and gives you the chance to work independently to deal with a variety of customer enquiries.

As the 'first face' that customers are greeted by when entering the property, the Receptionist needs to come across as welcoming, friendly and attentive to answer queries. You will therefore help with any questions the customer has and direct them to the correct place within the hotel.
